📋 Description

• Conduct inside sales via cold calls and follow-ups on inbound leads. • Pitch The Glampies’ offerings to both B2C customers and B2B clients (corporates, event planners, etc.). • Travel within Bangalore and Tumkur regions for B2B sales meetings (occasional). • Meet monthly targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. • Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven sales experience (B2B and B2C). • Fluency in Kannada and Hindi is mandatory. • Strong persuasion and closing skills. • Experience in the hospitality domain is a plus. • Willingness to travel locally for B2B outreach. • Male candidates preferred due to travel requirements. • Must be available for quarterly in-person team meetings (1 week every 3 months; non-negotiable).
