📋 Description

• Manage and prioritize strategic projects with Risk, Engineering, Marketing, Compliance, Bank Partnerships, and Legal • Translate and clarify technical requirements for development readiness • Evaluate and communicate project impact using data • Make informed trade-offs and guide department-level decision-making • Serve as the central source of understanding for product operation across Risk, Marketing, Engineering, Compliance, and Call Center • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and business case development through implementation, launch, monitoring, and optimization • Drive experimentation through A/B testing and data analysis • Improve conversion, approval rates, funding, customer outcomes, and portfolio performance • Identify and prioritize AI/ML opportunities across the lending lifecycle • Own AI/ML delivery from concept to measurable impact • Use AI tools daily for research, requirements drafting, data analysis, and prototyping • Drive initiatives affecting loan volume growth and portfolio performance • Prioritize the lending business roadmap while maintaining essential business-as-usual work

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in financial services • Demonstrated success delivering projects requiring coordination and alignment of multiple departments • Experience writing requirements for Engineering and other departments • Experience supporting or leading implementation of decision engines or other technical platforms • Ability to prioritize projects with disparate goals from various departments • Ability to pitch ideas to department heads using data and strategic thinking • Ability to distill customer needs to various departments • Strong analytical ability to determine project impact on product success • Expertise in Risk, Marketing, or Software Engineering • Hands-on fluency with AI tools, including LLM assistants and AI coding/analysis tools • Deep experience in consumer lending is a plus • Ability to write SQL is a plus • Experience in a startup or as an entrepreneur is a plus
