📋 Description

• Develop deep expertise in AUTOSPEX® functionality, workflows, outputs, capabilities, and emerging use cases • Understand how AUTOSPEX® is applied to infrastructure inspection, condition assessment, and asset management • Translate complex technical functionality into practical applications for customers and internal teams • Work directly with customers to understand infrastructure, workflows, objectives, and technical requirements • Deliver technical demonstrations, training, product guidance, and onboarding • Own client onboarding from initial handover through successful use of AUTOSPEX®, coordinating access, training, workflows, and follow-up • Coordinate customer implementation and adoption, with Engineering responsible for infrastructure and production deployment • Support customers in interpreting and applying AUTOSPEX® outputs appropriately • Review outputs and customer deliverables for technical accuracy and scope; coordinate specialist review where required • Troubleshoot technical or workflow challenges and distinguish product, process, and user-understanding issues • Own customer issue follow-up, coordinate investigations, and keep customers informed through resolution • Build relationships with engineers, asset managers, infrastructure owners, consultants, and technical stakeholders • Conduct structured customer conversations and document needs, use cases, challenges, workarounds, and next steps • Translate customer problems and feedback into actionable product and workflow requirements • Maintain the product backlog in Jira, consolidate feedback and issues, remove duplicates, link evidence, and keep statuses current • Prepare features with user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, edge cases, dependencies, and open questions • Lead backlog refinement and prepare prioritization recommendations • Participate in product discovery, feature validation, customer testing, beta testing, and user acceptance testing • Prepare release guidance and customer communications and confirm intended problems have been addressed • Support Sales and Portfolio Growth with technical meetings, demonstrations, proposals, solution development, and account strategies • Maintain internal knowledge resources, training materials, onboarding guides, support resources, and feature guidance • Share customer insights across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• A degree, diploma, or equivalent professional experience in engineering, infrastructure, geospatial, technology, data, asset management or a related technical field • 5+ years of experience working with technical products, software development, engineering solutions, or infrastructure-related technologies • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Experience working directly with customers, clients, engineering teams, or other technical stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to ask thoughtful questions, identify patterns, and turn qualitative customer feedback into structured insights • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer engagements, requirements and internal priorities • Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership • Demonstrated experience managing a software product backlog in Jira or a comparable tool • Experience preparing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with software development teams • Experience independently managing customer onboarding, issues, and follow-ups across multiple internal teams • Experience in civil, structural, transportation, or other infrastructure engineering is an asset • Experience with infrastructure inspection, condition assessment, or asset management is an asset • Experience with geospatial technologies, GIS, photogrammetry, computer vision, AI/ML, or digital inspection platforms is an asset • Experience working with B2B technical software or engineering technology is an asset • Experience translating customer needs into product requirements with product, engineering, or R&D teams is an asset • Experience delivering technical training, demonstrations, or customer workshops is an asset • Experience working with infrastructure owners, engineering consultants, utilities, airports, municipalities or other asset-intensive organizations is an asset • Experience in a technology scale-up or evolving environment is an asset
