📋 Description
• Finalizing nELISA data reports • Creating visualizations for data • Ensuring the seamless delivery of projects to Nomic customers • Regular customer interactions and meetings • Supporting customers during onboarding and addressing ongoing questions • Gaining insights into customers’ research questions and relaying to product team
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, emphasizing data interpretation and analysis • 2+ years of data analysis coding experience (python preferred) • 1+ year of proven experience in service-oriented, customer-facing roles • Strong written and verbal communication abilities • A team player who thrives in a diverse, cross-functional environment • Ability to effectively manage multiple customer projects and competing deadlines
