📋 Description

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of engineers proficient in enterprise IAM concepts • Provide technical guidance and set best practices for back-end architecture and development • Partner with product management, QA, SRE, Senior Leadership, and other engineering teams to deliver cohesive user experiences • Oversee delivery across the full project lifecycle: organizing, planning, development, testing, and release • Drive consistency through tooling and engineering standards • Support hiring, onboarding, performance feedback, and career growth for team members • Lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality IAM features and tools • Coach engineers, clarify requirements, drive execution, and ensure alignment with product and SRE partners • Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical direction over hands-on development

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field • Solid knowledge of back-end technologies including Python • Solid understanding and experience with large, low-latency, and highly-available distributed systems • Experience with IAM concepts and platforms • Clear understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile planning • Prior leadership experience • Excellent communication skills • Passion for building inclusive, high-performing engineering teams
