📋 Description

• Lead marketing strategy and program execution across the US and Canada Public Sector • Align with sales leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies across target public sector audiences • Design and execute multi-channel demand generation programs that generate qualified leads and sales pipeline • Collaborate with direct sales teams and channel partners on joint marketing programs • Connect regional sales needs with global marketing and product teams to drive alignment and execution • Partner with sales teams to improve lead conversion, funnel velocity, and pipeline performance • Monitor pipeline metrics, campaign performance, and ROI to optimize marketing investments • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources toward high-impact programs and initiatives • Build brand awareness, drive net-new pipeline, and accelerate revenue growth through direct sales initiatives and indirect partner channels

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent • Proven experience building and executing B2B demand generation campaigns within the technology industry • Familiarity with government procurement cycles, public sector purchasing dynamics, and key government initiatives • Experience supporting both direct sales organizations and channel partner networks • Track record of driving alignment across matrixed sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams • Data-informed mindset • Experience using marketing data and CRM tools to measure business impact
