📋 Description

• Provide cross-team architectural oversight and strategic guidance for cloud-native efforts across product development teams • Act as a unifying technical authority for cloud-native initiatives • Ensure architectural alignment, standardization, and technical excellence organization-wide • Partner with cross-functional leadership to integrate cloud-native technologies • Bridge gaps between product teams and core platform infrastructure • Facilitate a unified technical strategy for efficient deployment and operation of cloud-native services • Mentor engineering teams across the organization • Help support the scale, performance, security, and capabilities of the managed Kubernetes product • Integrate open-source technologies to provide simple-to-use managed services

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field • Experience building and scaling managed services and Kubernetes-based platforms • Expert knowledge of container runtimes, such as Docker and containers, and orchestrators • Mastery in Go, Python, or Bash • Commitment to sustaining an exceptional work environment and advocating for diverse opinions in technical debates
