• 3+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Proven success managing SDR teams in a remote, multicultural environment across Latin America • Fluent in Spanish and highly proficient in English (Portuguese is a strong plus) • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Salesloft, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, TechTarget, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Familiarity with parallel and AI dialing tools (e.g., Orum, Nooks) • Strong collaboration skills with Sales and Marketing leadership • Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills
