📋 Description

• Serve as the main contact for security services • Ensure seamless integration and support for customers • Provide expert guidance on security services • Implement innovative solutions that help customers utilize Akamai's security products effectively • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to understand customer use cases and tune solutions to client needs • Partner with internal sales teams to understand customer business needs and ensure customer success • Participate in internal projects contributing to best practices • Improve methodology, efficiency, and quality of solution delivery • Participate in training and projects that improve methodology and service quality

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience • Bachelor's Degree in a related field • Ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian government clearance • Experience with internet protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and TLS/SSL • Knowledge of how CDNs work • Relevant customer-facing experience within a consultative environment • Achieved or interested in obtaining cyber security credentials such as Security+, SSCP, GSEC or others • Knowledge of project management concepts and techniques • Knowledge of implementation concepts involving web development, IT systems, or security practice
