📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with an integrated accounts team to evaluate customer web architecture and deliver the best integration solution • Ensure customer success through best practice guidance and develop a long-term customer web performance and security strategy • Partner with the business to review and ensure integration efficiency, deliver high-quality service, and foster customer relationships • Participate in internal projects to contribute to best practices and improve methodology and integration quality • Act as an end-to-end trusted advisor to customers • Manage customer engagement and technical solutions on the Akamai platform • Build close customer relationships and tackle complex internet challenges

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent • Experience in a customer-facing role within the Information Technology industry • Experience managing and delivering large technical customer projects successfully • Experience with project management methodologies • Experience with web technologies and languages such as HTTP or DNS • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to articulate highly technical information in a clear and comprehensive manner
