• Provide end-to-end project management services across multiple concurrent IT initiatives • Oversee the Legacy Server Remediation Project within the Cybersecurity Vulnerability Mitigation Program • Coordinate ministries, approvals, ownership issues, migration issues, delivery monitoring, and risk mitigation for SharePoint Online migrations • Manage completion of remaining SP2016 migrations and decommissioning • Deliver 5 outstanding intranets • Complete and manage the extranet migration, including replacement of the legacy 2008 WFD Farm server • Manage dependencies on PEDs/SIAMS access • Manage transition of 22 Power Apps to CCS operations • Plan, coordinate, and deliver IT projects from initiation through completion • Establish timelines, assign tasks, track progress, and ensure project objectives are met • Maintain relationships with project teams, vendors, and cross-departmental partners • Provide progress updates and prepare status reports for senior management • Compile project charters, business/project plans, and project documentation • Develop recommendations covering resource requirements, dependencies, policy implications, and methodologies • Produce deliverables for internal support teams, steering committees, and stakeholders • Manage project governance, oversight, resources, risks, issues, budgets, and schedules • Collaborate with program managers and project sponsors; escalate risks as required • Manage client satisfaction and peer-level client relationships • Develop project plans defining objectives, scope, assumptions, timelines, resources, risks, benefits, and budgets • Define stakeholder roles and responsibilities with program managers, sponsors, and Project Standards and Controls • Track and close project issues and risks • Develop schedules and resource estimates, monitor work plans, and take corrective action • Guide project resources in setting priorities and delivering tasks • Assess project outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement • Provide leadership and assistance for change management and communications • Work within or help define Project Services standards • Use MS applications, collaboration tools, AI, and other tools to improve reporting and communications
• Experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects and workstreams • Ability to maintain vendor and stakeholder relationships • Experience with project planning, coordination, business analysis, schedule management, stakeholder engagement, vendor oversight, procurement support, governance reporting, risk and issue management, and transition planning • Knowledge of project governance, standards, controls, and enterprise architecture compliance • Ability to document business requirements and develop project charters, business plans, project plans, schedules, work plans, status reports, and requirements documentation • Ability to manage project resources, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables • Ability to work with program managers, project sponsors, senior management, steering committees, business and IT leadership, and cross-departmental partners • Ability to provide change management and communication support • Ability to use MS applications, collaboration tools, AI, and other relevant tools • Ability to work with cybersecurity, legacy server remediation, SharePoint Online migrations, SP2016, Power Apps, and infrastructure initiatives
