📋 Description

• Provide technical support to clients operating in Oracle Simphony and other POS systems for hardware, software, or networking questions. • Fulfill incoming new or replacement hardware orders and configure hardware. • Route tickets and calls to the appropriate persons as needed. • Perform point-of-sale data entry tasks and hardware swaps. • File electronic documents and ensure stored information is accurate and complete. • Assist team members in tracking all inventory, including RMAs. • Configure and deploy merchant hardware. • Track inventory and related database entries. • Provide world-class service and promptly escalate higher-level merchant/deployment issues.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. • 3+ years experience in call center support of Oracle Simphony. • 2+ years experience in technical customer service. • Excellent customer service skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong general knowledge of computers. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite. • One evening shift and one weekend shift per week required.
