• Grow awareness, visibility, recognition, and preference for North West Rubber flooring products • Position North West Rubber as a trusted partner and industry leader • Establish and maintain relationships with architects, designers, consultants, facility managers, end users, and specification influencers • Drive product specifications and approvals through value, performance, and benefits demonstrations • Build relationships with flooring contractors and installers • Support contractor partners with product information, project opportunities, and ongoing engagement • Deliver product knowledge sessions, presentations, and training workshops • Educate stakeholders on product features, applications, installation requirements, and competitive advantages • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, customer needs, pricing dynamics, and market tolerance • Provide actionable market insights for strategic planning, product positioning, and growth initiatives • Prospect and identify new project opportunities across commercial, institutional, recreational, and specialty flooring segments • Develop opportunities with distribution, contractor, and channel partners • Maintain a pipeline and contribute to regional sales targets • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
• 5+ years of experience in a B2B or channel sales role • Flooring experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline • Demonstrated networking, communication, and influencing skills • Ability to work effectively at all levels • Previous experience owning or leading a region showing year-over-year growth • Comfortable understanding market dynamics and identifying growth opportunities • Ability to translate customer needs into successful business outcomes • Curious by nature with a competitive drive to win
