📋 Description

• Develop and improve AI agents, Claude workflows, and internal tools that eliminate manual work • Manage documentation, release notes, product tutorials, and customer updates • Build usage reports, maintain dashboards, and track customer outcomes • Automate CRM workflows, maintain internal databases, and streamline processes • Research competitors, document AI use cases, and help onboard customers

🎯 Requirements

• Recent graduate or early-career candidate with a strong academic background in engineering, CS, business, or a related field • Technically curious, with exposure to GitHub, scripting, automation tools, or AI agents • Strong analytical thinker and clear communicator • Resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable figuring things out independently • Low ego, high ownership, and willing to tackle both technical challenges and everyday operational work • Bonus: Internships in engineering, consulting, product, or operations; experience building AI automations or side projects; interest in fintech
