📋 Description

• Champion AFS values and policies • Manage 4–6 teams • Monitor team productivity and progress toward firm/team goals through report generation • Set and monitor weekly goals for each team • Resolve a minimum of 90% of service issues escalated by team members • Develop and train assistant team leaders and team leaders • Manage salary budgets and client retention for teams • Keep current with new regulations and legislation, including proposed regulations and legislation • Stay abreast of emerging technology trends and law changes and provide leadership in evolving AFS service offerings • Provide input on staffing and team models • Participate in succession planning for teams • Assist AFS management in moving to a more institutionalized business model

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of non-discrimination testing experience • Minimum 8 years of supervisory experience • Credentials with a nationally recognized organization such as ASPPA or NIPA • Strong knowledge of ERISA, Internal Revenue Code, and Regulations • Strong research and analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word • Superior organizational and coordination skills • Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to multitask • Knowledge of Pension Pro is a plus • Must work from the USA • Must be authorized to work for any US employer
