• Maintain client and advisor relationships with a high active client retention rate • Maintain a caseload of more complicated plans • Perform escalated work product review for other team members • Manage and prioritize your workload towards weekly goals in a results-oriented team environment • Exemplify superior client service and the ability to consult with clients regarding plan operation and design • Proactively communicate with clients and investment advisors about new industry developments • Work with other Nova departments, record-keepers, and advisors to ensure a great client experience • Perform work according to Nova policies and procedures
• Ten or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience • NIPA or ASPPA credentials • College degree • Superior knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing • Superior knowledge of 401(a)4 and controlled group testing; mergers and acquisitions experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task • Ability to proactively and independently manage a book of business • Excellent organizational skills • High level of critical thinking • Committed to lifelong learning and coachable
