• Create contact lists for prospecting; • Conduct phone outreach; • Perform prospecting and maintain active, ongoing contact with leads to understand the client’s current situation and attract them with our solutions; • Manage the lead pipeline, accompanying the client from first contact through to the purchase stage with the Closer, with interactions via phone and WhatsApp; • Gather clients’ initial needs, guiding lead interactions toward a diagnostic meeting and an agency presentation; • Conduct video conferences and phone calls.
• Reliable internet connection; • Availability Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; • Must have own laptop (company provides the WhatsApp SIM card); • Experience in prospecting; • Experience with CRM systems; • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator; • Knowledge of list-generation tools; • Knowledge of cold email, cold calling, and social selling; • Differentials: Experience with prospecting at digital marketing agencies; • Differentials: Knowledge of RD Station CRM; • Differentials: Experience working remotely (home office).
• 15% commission on the client’s first monthly fee for closed deals; • BRL 20.00 commission for each meeting resulting from outbound (prospecting); • If a lead originates from inbound channels (agency website) or is owner-referred, commissions are reduced to 7% of the first month’s fee and BRL 10.00 per meeting held; • Paid time off.
