📋 Description

• Provide telephone assistance on behalf of a government entity by answering citizens’ informational needs • Provide warm, informed and solution-oriented service to each citizen requiring phone assistance • Answer questions related to administrative document renewal processes • Schedule in-centre appointments • Direct citizens to another service when needed • Handle calls with discretion and confidentiality

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English • Availability Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm Atlantic Time, for 20 to 40 hours per week • High-speed internet connection of at least 25 Mbps • Secure, quiet home workspace • Ability to perform various tasks simultaneously • Proficiency navigating multiple computer applications • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
