📋 Description

• Lead the strategic direction and day-to-day oversight of a key client account delivering integrated Medical Affairs and Publications programs. • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor and confidently navigating complex business conversations. • Partner with Scientific Services, Editorial, Digital, Creative, and Operations teams to develop and deliver high-quality scientific communications aligned with client objectives. • Oversee account financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, profitability, resource planning, and identifying opportunities for organic growth. • Lead, coach, and develop Client Services team members, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture. • Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, improving delivery processes, and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across the account. • Support business development through proposals, strategic planning, and identifying opportunities to expand the client partnership. • Collaborate with senior leadership to support broader business initiatives, resource planning, and the continued evolution of our client services offering. • Stay informed on industry trends, including Medical Affairs, scientific publications, AI, and omnichannel engagement, bringing innovative thinking and strategic insights to clients and internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive Client Services experience within a medical communications agency, with significant experience supporting Medical Affairs and/or Publications accounts. • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior pharmaceutical clients and lead complex, integrated scientific communications programs. • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasting, profitability, and driving organic account growth. • Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing Client Services teams while collaborating across multidisciplinary functions. • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence, solve problems, and lead through complexity. • Experience supporting business development activities, including proposals, pitches, and growing existing client partnerships. • A collaborative, solutions-focused leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences, developing people, and driving continuous improvement.
