📋 Description

• Support outbound outreach through email, phone, and social media to identify and engage potential prospects • Research target accounts, industry trends, and key decision-makers • Help qualify inbound leads from web inquiries, events, and campaigns • Work with the BDR to prepare outreach materials and follow-up messages • Support logistics and follow-ups for virtual and in-person events • Maintain accurate prospect interaction and lead-status records in Salesforce • Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and lead-generation strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role; internship or part-time experience welcome • Familiarity with or interest in CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to take initiative • Interest in the SaaS, technology, supply chain, or logistics industries • Comfortable making phone calls and engaging with new people • Team-oriented and open to feedback • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Completion of the Predictive Index Assessment upon applying and confirmation of completion
