📋 Description

• Review insurance policy and coverages • Investigate complex automobile claims, including impaired, unlisted operator, or non-drivable claims, and determine coverage and liability • Settle claims in accordance with organization’s policies and practices • Collaborate with customers, service suppliers such as towing companies and repair shops, other insurance companies, and law enforcement

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in French • Minimum high school education or equivalent • Adjusting License Level 1 or equivalent • 1 - 3 years handling complex automobile claims is required • Knowledge in understanding and interpreting policies • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service • Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy • Enrolled in (or willing to enroll in) CIP designation (bonus qualification)
