📋 Description

• Convert inbound interest from small- and medium-sized businesses into Toptal clients • Respond to immediate-assistance requests within five minutes • Understand client business problems and connect necessary Toptal specialists • Establish trust, diagnose needs, explain Toptal’s value proposition, address concerns, and convert opportunities to sales • Manage deal cycles from discovery through close • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and forecast data • Represent clients through technical stages and keep them engaged between conversations • Manage next steps, timing, and blockers while responding to new inbound requests • Identify broader client needs across global hiring, EOR, payroll, marketing, sales, financial, and technology challenges • Research clients and stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape • Collaborate with matching, delivery, HireGlobal, and service-offering experts using Zoom and Slack • Review calls, seek feedback, and contribute learnings to the team • Progress through onboarding, sales training, mock calls, role-play, specialist briefings, lead management, pipeline forecasting, process improvement, and mentoring new team members

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience • Demonstrated experience converting inbound opportunities into paying customers at scale, owning the sale from first call to close • Experience coordinating parallel sales opportunities and maintaining sales momentum while other teams complete necessary work • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Full availability during working hours to take client calls • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company while managing a high volume of clients and competing deadlines • Exceptional time management • Resumes and communication must be submitted in English • No visa sponsorship or assistance is offered
