📋 Description
• Collaborate with engineering and design on projects • Develop and deliver reports on compliance for fire and life safety systems • Provide code and standard references and document research • Meet with jurisdiction authorities and clients to resolve compliance questions • Review and maintain knowledge of changing codes, standards, industry specifications
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • EIT Examination passed; eligible for Professional Engineering exam within 4 years • Ability to travel 50-75% within US/Canada • Authorization to work in the United States • Knowledge of Fire, Life Safety, Building Codes, and NFPA Standards • Field engineering/consulting experience in fire protection • Working competency with MS Office & MS Project software
