📋 Description

• Prototype and ship AI features, agents, and workflows hands-on using tools such as Claude Code • Use AI daily to increase personal throughput • Run a measurable experimentation loop by shipping, learning, iterating, and documenting results • Own the delivery cadence across two-week cycles, keeping engineering and design organized, on-task, and unblocked • Shape raw ideas into well-scoped product bets with clear boundaries and named risks • Set product goals aligned with business objectives • Define success metrics with the audit and verification team

🎯 Requirements

• At least 9–10 years of experience as a product manager • Strong organizational skills • Excellent hands-on ability building with AI • Experience thriving at a startup • Familiarity with modern AI tools • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment • Experimentation rigor and ability to run measurable test loops • Delivery and execution discipline across two-week cycles • Ability to shape and scope ambiguous problems into clear product bets • Ability to define success, measure outcomes, and iterate from data
