📋 Description

• Lead, train, motivate, and develop the PB maintenance analyst team • Manage projects, prioritization, feedback, performance management, development, and training • Support member relationships, workflows, complex issue resolution, and risk mitigation • Plan learning deliverables for annual forums and conferences • Onboard new staff and track team, project, and individual performance goals • Identify and implement process improvements • Strategize go-live and coverage support for new installations and legacy expansions • Develop features and workflows and make design decisions • Resolve advanced and complex integration JIRA and Help Desk tickets • Collaborate with Help Desk, Product, Revenue Cycle, and other OCHIN teams • Serve as the first escalation point for members • Enforce OCHIN policies, time tracking, critical incident reporting, and JIRA SLAs/SLEs • Develop resource planning processes and monitor ticket metrics • Perform routine build and configuration in Epic and related products • Lead working sessions, provide workflow solutions, and deliver hands-on training • Document build specifications, team processes, and complex clinic workflows • QA complex builds, Service Update modifications, and other work orders • Provide elbow support during Go-Lives and mock clinics • Lead member trainings and workgroups • Mentor, coach, and train less experienced analysts • Develop and share workflow best practices • Assist Project Managers with identifying system capabilities • Build, design, test, and document new system functionality

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar or relevant Epic Application Analyst role • 1 year of supervisory experience highly desirable • Work history in Healthcare IT required • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Epic PB or PB Claims Resolute certification required • Experience in both PB Claims or PB desired • Ideally a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst • Ideally a minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic Resolute module build • Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High Speed Internet Service • Ability to work in a distraction-free workplace • Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved medical or religious exemption before hire
