📋 Description

• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues • Collaborate across departments on project implementations • Address member maintenance issues • Create and optimize technical documentation • Support process improvement and cross-functional alignment • Develop technical design, analysis, and system enhancement competencies • Perform other duties as assigned • Work remotely from a home office and participate in camera-on virtual meetings • Travel nationally for on-site Go-Live support, software installations, or training as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Certification or proficiency in Epic Resolute PB or PB Claims; certification or proficiency in both highly desired • At least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst • Ideally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic PB module build • Experience with billing in New York state desired • Strong communication skills with application and technical team members and end users • Integrity and accountability • Process and detail orientation • Data-driven decision making • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented • Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office • High-speed internet service • Distraction-free workplace • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis • Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved medical or religious exemption • English reading, speaking, writing, and comprehension
