📋 Description

• Provide revenue cycle management and account management for OCHIN Billing Services member clients • Maintain, build, and service client accounts and relationships • Communicate revenue cycle management information and OCHIN key performance indicators • Deliver accounts receivable services to optimize reimbursement outcomes • Support revenue cycle performance indicators and client and organizational financial health • Oversee project deliverables, track progress, monitor responsibilities, and meet deadlines • Submit final project outcomes to the supervisor • Monitor and analyze billing trends and identify KPI impacts • Communicate findings to member clients and escalate unresolved issues with Supervisors and Operations Managers • Collaborate with Billing Specialists to process patient claims accurately and timely across multiple payer types • Ensure compliance with payer requirements and organizational policies • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of billing and/or coding revenue cycle experience preferred • Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, motor vehicle accident, Workers’ Compensation, and private insurance billing and reimbursement processes preferred • Knowledge of legal requirements preferred • FQHC experience and knowledge preferred • Medical Billing Certification from the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) preferred • Experience working in the EPIC Resolute system required • For Acute Care hospital work, rural hospital experience is required • Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High-speed internet service • Requirement to work in a distraction-free workplace • Ability to be on camera for all virtual meetings • COVID-19 vaccination, or approved medical/religious exemption, required as a condition of employment • Willingness and ability to travel nationally up to 20% for on-site Go Live support based on business requirements
