📋 Description

• Own and drive the entire product lifecycle for a portfolio of analytics products • Use or commission market research, usability studies, and focus groups to identify best-of-breed benchmarks • Lead company-wide decision-making for the product domain • Develop a culture of experimentation and innovation to solve customer needs • Own business planning and represent the product domain to leadership • Own and advance the analytics product portfolio supporting the Access to Care domain • Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities with operational, clinical, and executive leaders • Bridge business and technical teams by translating strategic objectives into scalable analytics solutions • Drive product adoption, measure business value, and ensure continuous product improvement • Drive product prioritization and detailed product definition for digital and telemedicine products • Identify problem areas that technology can solve through customer, stakeholder, and partner channels • Create and maintain evergreen product roadmaps • Present complex data to tell the product story • Identify barriers to product scale • Write business cases for additional product investment and influence leadership decisions • Use metrics to make portfolio decisions • Make feature-level decisions and influence fundamental core product decisions with leadership • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or related field • 6 years of product manager or other relevant experience • Experience leading the product lifecycle for 2-3 large products from visioning through requirements development through launch and measurement • Understanding of domain and competitive landscape • Proficiency using computers, software, and web-based applications • Ability to interpret, analyze, and understand complex data sets • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to present complex data to senior leaders and external stakeholders • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder influence skills • Strong problem-solving skills and creative approach • Time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines • Ability to comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements
