📋 Description

• Enter accurate patient data, surgical details, billing information, and administrative records into internal databases. • Review, correct, and maintain digital entries across multiple platforms to ensure alignment with compliance requirements. • Conduct remote data validation checks to identify inconsistencies or gaps in documentation. • Communicate with clinical and administrative teams to clarify missing, unclear, or mismatched information. • Manage digital files, forms, and documents in secure remote systems following HIPAA standards. • Assist in generating data summaries, reports, and logs used for audits and operational planning. • Support remote document processing submitted by internal staff, physicians, and vendors. • Report discrepancies and collaborate on resolving data-related issues.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred • 1–3 years of experience in healthcare data entry, medical office administration, billing, or similar roles • Strong keyboarding accuracy with a minimum of 50 wpm • Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote setting • Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities • Familiarity with EMR systems or medical terminology is helpful • Excellent communication skills and confidentiality awareness.
