📋 Description

• Identify, engage, and manage key influencer and affiliate partnerships in the LATAM region. • Execute localized campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive measurable trading volume. • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs, affiliates, and community leaders. • Work with cross-functional teams (Growth, Product, Marketing, Legal) to ensure campaigns align with business objectives. • Track and analyze campaign performance, optimize for ROI, and report insights to leadership. • Stay up to date on crypto, fintech, and community trends to identify new partnership opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in BD, influencer partnerships, or affiliate marketing. • Strong understanding of crypto, fintech, or high-growth tech environments. • Proven track record of building partnerships and driving measurable growth results. • Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills. • Self-starter with ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment. • Fluent in Spanish and English.
