📋 Description

• Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable APIs and microservices to support organic traffic strategies. • Lead architecture and system design discussions focused on operational efficiency and resilience. • Ensure the team's technical quality through code reviews, mentoring, and dissemination of best practices. • Collaborate directly within a multidisciplinary team (Product, Data, Marketing, and Engineering).

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in backend development using Node.js with TypeScript and Go. • Solid experience in system architecture: Microservices, Event-Driven patterns (messaging systems such as Kafka/SQS), and Serverless. • Proficiency in AWS cloud environments (RDS, S3, Lambda, EC2, CloudWatch). • Practical experience with relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases. • Established practice in automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end) and CI/CD pipelines. • Agile mindset with a focus on software engineering driven by data and product metrics. • Previous experience in Growth, Martech, or large-scale E-commerce teams (Preferred). • Knowledge of SEO/GEO engineering (management of dynamic sitemaps, rendering for crawlers, structured data/Schema.org, performance focused on Core Web Vitals) (Preferred). • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) (Preferred). • Hands-on experience or enthusiasm for using AI-assisted development tools (copilots) to optimize the development workflow (Preferred).
