📋 Description

• Oversee all work performed under the applicable Performance Work Statement (PWS) • Serve as the primary liaison to the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) • Manage program risks, performance metrics, deliverables, and reporting activities • Ensure alignment with DHS and USCIS systems, operational priorities, and policies • Lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver program outcomes • Oversee software asset management support services including: Tool configuration and maintenance, Program guidance, Entitlement tracking, Proactive software asset management, Software licensing optimization, Software license helpdesk support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum of 8 years of progressive program/project management experience supporting information technology initiatives • PMP certification required • IAITAM certification or equivalent experience required
