• Doctorate of pharmacy degree • Active licensure as a pharmacist • Prior experience or understanding of the PBM industry is preferred but not required • Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills • Commanding and persuasive presenter in individual and group environments • Ability to work independently, while collaborating with other team members • Ability to analyze, understand, and use statistical report data • Fluent in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to travel onsite to clients and prospects
