🎯 Requirements

• An operational excellence focus on results and execution with a strategic mindset with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and functions. • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or a related field • A passion for ensuring that decisions are balanced, thoughtful, and consider multiple angles, with a willingness to play the “devil’s advocate” where needed. • A solid understanding of sales processes and methodologies • Experience using or administering different business systems and integration (e.g., Hubspot, Cognism, Clay, Google Analytics, Firefly, Scarf, CommonRoom, Preset) • Experience with Hubspot is a must-have. • Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; effective multitasking skills are vital.
