📋 Description

• Transform AI strategy into production reality • Design, build, and deploy agentic systems and intelligent tooling that automate complex workflows • Rapidly prototype, deploy, and ship production-grade AI agents and automation workflows using tools such as Cursor and Claude Code • Lead structured discovery sessions with business stakeholders and subject matter experts • Surface requirements, assess feasibility, and translate manual processes into technical specifications and agentic architectures • Build, maintain, and secure integrations between the core SaaS stack and custom AI services • Instrument monitoring, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks for AI-driven workflows • Ensure workflows are accurate, compliant, resilient, and support PII handling and audit logging at scale • Empower and educate internal partners to adopt AI-first approaches • Create reusable playbooks, architecture decision records, and handoff documentation • Enable teams to maintain and extend developed solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional organizations to solve high-stakes business problems

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience shipping production code • Clean, maintainable, and well-tested coding practices • Hands-on expertise with LLM APIs • Experience with agent frameworks, including LangGraph and Claude SDK • Experience with developer tools such as Cursor and Claude Code • MCP server development experience • Familiarity with LLM evaluation techniques, including prompt regression testing, human-in-the-loop review, and automated evaluation pipelines • Systems integration experience • Working knowledge of REST APIs • Working knowledge of SQL data pipelines • Working knowledge of GCP or AWS cloud infrastructure • Product mindset and ability to identify friction points, design solutions, and present trade-offs to varied audiences • Drive and proactivity to work across organizational lines • Familiarity with modern software engineering practices • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States • Must disclose whether employment-based immigration sponsorship is currently or prospectively required
