• Support high standards of care and regulatory compliance across PACE programs • Complete recurring audits as defined by the Compliance Program • Conduct daily internal monitoring and audits to identify opportunities for improvement • Review Participant records for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and follow-through with care plan directives • Audit documentation for compliance with regulatory and organizational standards • Identify documentation discrepancies and communicate findings to appropriate IDT members for follow-up • Track and monitor corrective actions and opportunities for improvement • Collect, organize, and maintain data for reporting and analysis • Track and analyze real-time data and compliance-related information • Review data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern • Prepare summaries and reports supporting compliance and quality improvement efforts • Maintain knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures related to PACE services • Identify potential deviations from standards of care or organizational requirements • Communicate findings and concerns clearly and professionally • Collaborate with Compliance, clinical leadership, and interdisciplinary teams • Participate in compliance, quality, and PACE-related training and professional development • Support accountability, quality, and continuous improvement • Perform other duties as assigned
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with large amounts of information • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Able to identify inconsistencies, trends, and opportunities for improvement • Comfortable reviewing healthcare documentation and Participant records • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Able to communicate findings in a professional and constructive manner • Team-oriented and comfortable collaborating with interdisciplinary teams • Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and electronic medical record systems • Committed to maintaining confidentiality and protecting Participant information • Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods • Must be able to remain focused and attentive while reviewing detailed documentation and data • Must be able to use standard office and computer equipment • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, healthcare, business, or a related field preferred • Experience in healthcare compliance, quality assurance, auditing, or data analysis preferred • Experience working with healthcare documentation and electronic medical records preferred • Familiarity with PACE regulations, healthcare compliance, or quality programs is a plus • Experience with data management, reporting, and analysis tools, including Excel, preferred • Employment contingent upon successful completion of required background checks, health and safety screenings, and any clearances required for healthcare programs
