📋 Description

• Manage campaign setup, campaign member tracking, data augmentation, and list uploads in HubSpot/Salesforce • Build registration landing pages and confirmation emails • Partner with Sales Operations to troubleshoot and remedy any data or process issues • Order and manage trade show assets — booth materials, signage, print collateral, and swag — and track all shipments, keeping Global FMMs informed • Review and route event contracts and invoices, tracking status through completion, and keeping Global FMMs updated • Keep the Monday.com events calendar current

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Marketing or equivalent working experience • 1–2 years of marketing support experience • 1–2 years of event coordination or management experience • Ability to travel up to 20% • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, SharePoint, MS Office, and Monday.com • Familiarity with B2B marketing
