• You ensure that LinkedIn becomes a reproducible, scalable sales channel for OnStage. • You play a key role in our next growth phase and ensure OnStage consistently acquires new qualified leads and customers via LinkedIn. • Active LinkedIn outreach (DMs according to guidelines and system) • Structured follow-ups and conversation management (human, authentic chatting with the target audience) • Relationship building & social selling (commenting and engaging with the target audience in the feed)
• Strong social and communication skills • Sales affinity (initial experience in sales, outreach, or telephone sales is a plus) • Structured, independent way of working • LinkedIn or social media experience helpful but not required
