📋 Description

• Own planning and hands-on execution of transformation initiatives and workstreams from scoping through implementation and transition to business ownership • Translate operating model priorities into actionable plans and manage milestones, resources, risks, and dependencies • Coordinate planning and decision-making milestones across teams • Track progress and outcomes and adjust execution plans as needed • Develop and execute change management plans for new processes, technologies, ways of working, and AI-enabled workflows • Work with stakeholders to assess impacts and identify communication, training, and support needs • Assess operational readiness, identify adoption barriers, and implement practical solutions • Define and track adoption measures and recommend adjustments • Coordinate cross-functional partners, clarify responsibilities, and keep stakeholders informed • Make delivery, sequencing, and risk-mitigation decisions within agreed priorities • Communicate progress, decisions, and outcomes to different audiences • Use AI tools to improve analysis, planning, problem-solving, and communication • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual effort, and improve workflows • Develop tools, templates, and change-management practices • Capture lessons learned and share improvements • Report to the Director of Enterprise Digital Transformation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, or operating model delivery, including enterprise-wide or functional transformations • Ability to independently manage initiatives or workstreams from planning through implementation • Experience coordinating stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables • Strong organizational change management skills • Experience developing and executing change plans and supporting successful adoption • Experience defining and tracking project outcomes or adoption measures • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills • Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration skills • Demonstrated experience using AI tools for work, analysis, or problem-solving • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Ability to demonstrate onX's Company Values • Permanent US work authorization required as a condition of employment • Ability to travel up to quarterly for multiple days to a corporate office or other onX strategic location
