📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer negotiation, and close • Partner with hiring managers to define success, shape job specifications and scorecards, and create search strategies • Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing across competitors, overlooked companies, adjacent industries, communities, networks, referrals, and other channels • Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and explain company opportunities • Lead initial screens assessing experience, motivations, and role alignment • Guide hiring managers through interviews, debriefs, and hiring decisions • Provide recommendations and constructive pushback to hiring managers • Use market insight, compensation data, and pipeline performance to identify roadblocks and adjust recruiting approaches • Maintain accurate and actionable pipelines in Ashby • Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring teams • Adapt recruiting portfolio as hiring priorities evolve • Potentially take on senior leadership and executive searches over time • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Strong sourcing foundation • Experience recruiting across different functions and levels • Ability to balance multiple searches as priorities shift • Ability to engage passive candidates • Sound judgment in candidate assessment • Resourcefulness when searches stall • Self-directed and organized, with consistent follow-through • Ability to handle confidential searches and sensitive information with discretion • Interest in growing into executive recruiting • Proficiency with an ATS; the company uses Ashby • Ability to use pipeline data to guide work and keep hiring teams informed • Prior executive search experience is welcome but not required • Visa sponsorship requirement must be disclosed in the application
