📋 Description

• Own the Provider Marketplace roadmap, including provider dashboard, self-serve APIs, onboarding pipelines, prioritization, pricing, and quality mechanisms • Design, test, and scale market primitives such as auctions, committed capacity, and dynamic pricing • Build buyer-side purchasing controls and provider-side capacity tools • Define priority lanes, dedicated enterprise capacity, and flex tiers • Build automated feedback loops, continuous evaluations, routing scorecards, and real-time failure diagnostics • Partner with Engineering, Provider Development, and Provider Operations to turn manual processes into self-serve APIs • Analyze request logs, routing metrics, and unit economics to identify unmet demand, stranded capacity, and broken incentives • Convert findings into clear specifications and shipped product

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management, technical founder, or marketplace systems experience • Experience on a two-sided marketplace, exchange, or price matching engine • Experience with a scaled marketplace and understanding of liquidity, price discovery, supply-demand balancing, and trust systems • Prior software engineering experience, Computer Science studies, or equivalent technical depth • Understanding of API design and engineering constraints • Fluency with LLM inference stacks, including caching behavior, batching, and quantization decisions • Daily use of coding agents to analyze data, prototype workflows, and validate specifications • Ability to model margin and capacity tradeoffs and design aligned incentives • Strong written clarity and ability to turn technical and economic problems into clear strategies • Nice to have: background at an inference provider, AI lab, neo-cloud, GPU cloud, or model-serving/routing infrastructure • Nice to have: experience designing auction mechanisms, spot or batch compute markets, SLA tiers, or dynamic pricing models • Nice to have: experience building B2B seller or partner tooling, self-serve onboarding funnels, and partner analytics dashboards
