📋 Description

• Partner with franchisees to ensure compliance with OpenWorks’ training, standards, and operational requirements • Lead franchise onboarding and provide guidance for new owners • Deliver training programs focused on business strategy, financial acumen, and people management • Track performance metrics and coach franchisees using actionable development plans • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to address non-compliance and support improvement initiatives • Drive adoption of systems and technology, including HubSpot and Dynamics, to improve operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of franchise experience, with at least 5 years in franchise operations, development, or vendor management • Proven track record of supporting franchise programs with measurable impact on compliance, growth, or profitability • Familiarity with janitorial operations and CRM or ERP platforms; HubSpot and Dynamics preferred • Strong communication and training skills; comfortable presenting to groups virtually and in person • Metrics-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance and recommend improvements • Growth-oriented and solutions-focused with strong interpersonal skills • Willingness to travel quarterly or as needed
