📋 Description

• Analyze and deliver assigned project tasks within scope and timeline • Balance technical implementation with customer expectations • Select methods and techniques to obtain solutions and validate recommendations with project or delivery management • Solve problems independently and escalate to senior associates when needed • Contribute to consulting engagement documentation and report project progress and status • Explain and assist with configuration and use of technical tools • Articulate customer benefits of Red Hat technologies and explain effects on customer culture and organization • Participate in day-to-day teamwork and identify gaps • Lead by example and provide constructive feedback • Mentor Junior/Associate Consultants and pursue leadership opportunities • Communicate project work to team members and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Respond professionally and flexibly to customer challenges, project escalations, and process exceptions • Present expertise to customers or internal audiences while maintaining Red Hat messaging • Understand the relationship between sales and consulting and fundamentals of Red Hat consulting offerings • Contribute to regional giveback initiatives • Complete experienced-level training and apply it to projects • Apply open-source philosophy and Red Hat project delivery methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Strong design, development, application, and administration skills • Strong background in IT infrastructure and understanding of project business objectives and statements of work (SOW) • Hands-on implementation expertise with Red Hat products • Advanced knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift • Ability to configure DNS, NTP, networking, and storage components • Experience executing OpenShift installations using Bare metal, Redfish, Virtual Media, Agent, or Assisted Installer • Strong networking skills, including OpenShift port requirements, OVS bridges, Linux bridges, and VLAN management for OpenShift Virtualization environments • Hands-on experience deploying and managing VM and container workloads • Experience with OpenShift lifecycle management, including updates and upgrades • Practical experience with OpenShift Virtualization and Migration Toolkit for Virtualization (MTV) • Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as GitOps and Helm • Experience with storage networking such as iSCSI • Experience managing OpenShift Operators • Experience with observability, including logging, metrics, and alerting • Experience configuring RBAC and authentication, such as Okta • At least 1 technical certification related to OpenShift or Red Hat products, adhering to regional certification requirements • Awareness of tools and packages beyond Red Hat technologies • Strong, expanding professional network within the candidate’s career path and region • French-English bilingual communication ability
