📋 Description

• Provide technical implementation and support for the Philips IntelliSpace Electrocardiograph (IECG) system • Implement and support the Health Language 7 (HL7) and/or Digital Imaging Communications in Medicine (DICOM) interface broker, IntelliSpace Enterprise Broker (IBE) • Assume technical leadership for assigned projects and share technical knowledge with customers and team • Provide feedback and assist in streamlining implementation methodology, documentation, and toolsets • Interact cross-functionally to share product technical knowledge and expertise • Complete assigned project tasks on schedule to gain customer acceptance • Gather network information required to configure IECG and IBE systems • Configure and test installed IECG and IBE systems to meet customer requirements • Implement interfaces between IECG and customers’ Radiology Information System (RIS)/Health Information System (HIS) • Investigate and diagnose complex technical problems during installation until transfer to support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or a related field or 5+ years experience performing technical support/HL7 interfacing • 5+ years of experience in an ECG information management system or PACS system • Experience with Orion Rhapsody Interface broker, XML, and Virtual Machine (VM) server environments • Experience using networking infrastructure/server architecture preferred • Bilingual French and English skills, both written and verbal, required • Ability to successfully perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation • Canadian work authorization required; candidates requiring sponsorship for a work-authorized visa now or in the future will not be considered
