📋 Description

• Perform detailed analysis of clients’ Defined Benefit pension plan calculation rules • Act as the link between the client and project team for pension plan calculations • Configure in-house software for client-specific pension plans • Write software development specifications based on client needs and requests • Ensure proper integration of the software with other client-implemented software • Participate in developing testing strategies for software configuration and new developments • Review test scenarios using plan-required selection criteria • Support the quality assurance team • Suggest software improvements to the responsible development team • Provide customer service to users after implementation to ensure effective software management

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics or finance • 5+ years’ experience in Defined Benefit pension administration, consulting and/or implementation • Ability to understand and use current computer technologies • Good knowledge of Excel software • Analytical and summarizing skills • Sense of organization and flexibility in managing multiple projects • Good initiative and problem solving skills • Ability to work both as a team and independently • Ability to establish priorities and meet timelines • Available to travel occasionally (Canada, US) • Team members whose functions require access to a Data Center and/or detailed client-service technology knowledge are subject to Personnel Security Screening through the Government of Canada
