📋 Description

• Serve as lead consultant on new NetSuite ERP implementations for small to medium enterprises • Manage end-to-end project delivery • Act as primary point of contact for existing clients • Oversee support, enhancements, and optimization initiatives • Lead client calls and discovery sessions • Gather and understand business requirements and objectives • Design and architect NetSuite solutions across business functions • Produce solution designs, process maps, and cutover plans • Translate business requirements into technical specifications • Configure NetSuite and perform end-to-end testing • Prepare UAT plans and assist clients with assigned tests • Oversee data migration strategy and execution for simpler implementations • Lead complex data migration, including template building, data formatting, imports, and validation • Guide junior consultants and ensure quality and alignment with project goals • Coordinate with integration specialists and technical teams • Advise clients on NetSuite best practices and scalable platform use • Write and review custom SuiteScript code and workflows • Integrate other systems with NetSuite using in-house tools or iPaaS solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field • 3+ years of prior experience in a consulting role focused on ERP systems • Experience leading small to medium-sized ERP implementations end-to-end across core business areas: Record to Report, Design to Build, Procure to Pay, Lead to Quote, and Order to Cash • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and internal collaboration • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Ability to manage complex requirements and deliver tailored solutions • Ability to manage priorities, timelines, and team responsibilities in a fast-paced consulting environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Previous experience with NetSuite in a consulting role is necessary • NetSuite certifications are highly desirable • Understanding of modules such as Advanced Revenue Management, Fixed Assets, and SuiteBilling • Experience mentoring or overseeing junior consultants • Familiarity with SuiteTalk, Dell Boomi, or Celigo • Experience configuring Workflows • Experience with SuiteScript scripting
