📋 Description

• Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and prepare period-end analyses • Ensure accurate and timely month-end close through journal entries and account reconciliations • Own accounting for capitalized software under ASC 350-40, intercompany transfer pricing, VAT reconciliations, and accruals • Assist with preparation of financial statements for internal and external parties • Assist with month-end flux analysis and explain account activity • Ensure accounting policies and principles comply with US GAAP • Coordinate with other departments to obtain transaction information, research reconciling items, and resolve issues • Provide backup support to reporting, FP&A, and operations • Assist with ad-hoc projects and management inquiries • Participate in developing and implementing accounting procedures and systems • Maintain internal controls and accounting processes • Assist external auditors with the annual audit • Mentor and review junior staff’s work

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business/Finance with Accounting emphasis • Proficient in US GAAP and accrual basis accounting • 2–4 years total Accounting experience • Experience with multi-entity accounting, including inter-company and international transactions • Software (SaaS) experience is preferred • Experience with a large ERP system; NetSuite is a plus • Detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to effectively complete tasks • Strong aptitude for business software applications • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Natural inclination to problem solve and analyze financial information • Ability to manage time effectively, re-prioritize workload, achieve accurate results, and meet deadlines • Background check required • US-based and fully authorized to work without sponsorship
