📋 Description

• Coordinate high-volume and complex interview schedules across multiple time zones • Communicate with candidates and ensure a seamless interview experience • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers on scheduling needs, changes, and last-minute adjustments • Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and coordination challenges • Manage accurate, up-to-date candidate and interview data in the ATS • Provide administrative and operational support across the recruiting lifecycle, including onboarding preparation • Improve scheduling workflows, processes, and candidate and stakeholder experience • Contribute to Talent initiatives including employer branding, talent communities, university recruiting, and special projects

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located on the East Coast and willing to flex to support EMEA time zone • 1+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar coordination or administrative support role • Experience coordinating complex schedules across multiple time zones and supporting globally distributed teams • Ability to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and last-minute changes accurately and urgently • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate scheduling conflicts and changing priorities • Commitment to delivering a seamless, high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience • High level of discretion and professionalism handling sensitive and confidential information • Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever • Background check required
