We've raised over $25M in pursuit of our mission to help farmers farm more profitably and sustainably than ever before. • Our industry-leading technology provides farmers with unprecedented insight into their crop, including accurate yield estimates, fruit counts, size & growth rate data, disease detection, plant inventories, bloom maps, canopy vigor measurements, and much more! • We start by collecting the most valuable data for farmers, telling them everything about what is growing on their millions of plants, across thousands of acres of farmland. We do this using advanced camera systems we build, that take pictures of every one of the billions of fruit in a farm. This data lives in our cloud data platform, FruitScope, that we've developed from the ground up to help farmers manage their crops with precision. • Farmers across the world use our industry-leading software to look at their data, make critical decisions, and command farming operations on a daily basis. Our technology is used today across some of the largest farms out there. • Our mission is to help farmers farm more profitably and sustainably than ever before. • The Role: We're looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive large, strategic partnerships with major growers, farm management companies, and enterprise-scale agriculture operations across Chile and beyond. • This role is pivotal to our mission and you will have ownership over the full sales cycle – from prospecting to pitching, closing, and expanding multi-block, multi-region contracts. • If you're an ambitious sales executive driven by the challenge of bringing cutting-edge technology to every farm, adept at navigating ambiguity, and relentless in your pursuit of growth, we'd love to meet you. • About the role: • We offer uncapped commission, competitive base pay, and generous equity compensation. • You’ll build and expand strategic relationships with some of the most influential growers across Chile. • You’ll have autonomy – owning your territory, hosting industry events, conducting on-farm demos, and shaping how we scale our technology across Chile and beyond. • This is a hybrid role that involves frequent day-trips to our customer farms across the region. • We offer comprehensive Health, Vision, and Dental coverage, and we cover 100% of the premium. • Our team is close-knit & highly driven – while you'll report to our Director of Sales, you'll also work directly with our entire team. • Your work will directly accelerate the adoption of industry-leading technology that reduces food waste, improves the lives of farmers, and accelerates the future of farming.
• Must have prior agriculture or ag-tech sales experience (ideally 5-8+ years) • Proven success closing six-figure contracts with enterprise buyers. • Deep understanding of the agricultural sales cycle and how farms make decisions. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Comfortable operating independently and building a book of business from scratch. • Willing to travel approximately 25% of the time (all travel paid for by company). • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive to farms and demo sites as needed. • You have relentless hustle, a can-do attitude, and are willing to do whatever it takes to succeed.
