📋 Description

• Lead the delivery of technical solution designs across internal and external/client-facing projects • Translate business requirements into architecture patterns and solution designs with business stakeholders, engineering, and compliance teams • Document solution designs and patterns using architecture diagrams and design documents • Deliver working environments hands-on, remove roadblocks, and support engineering team success • Research emerging technologies and develop implementation standards and best practices • Create proof of concepts to validate design recommendations • Review work products and mentor team members

🎯 Requirements

• Track record delivering scalable, production-ready, cloud-first solution designs using Microsoft Azure, Fabric, and M365 technologies • Experience delivering solutions incorporating AI concepts and technologies, including Microsoft Foundry, agentic frameworks, and RAG • Experience with containerization technologies including AKS, Azure Container Apps, Istio, and image management • Understanding of Windows and Linux administration fundamentals, including Ubuntu and RHEL • Comprehensive knowledge of IT security, networking, software development, infrastructure deployment methodologies, and industry best practices • Experience with Microsoft and Azure data platforms including Fabric, Power BI, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, SQL Server, DocumentDB, and Azure Data Factory • Strong verbal and written communication skills • 15+ years of professional experience in network/system administration, software development, information security, or related disciplines • Evidence of technical leadership through design influence, architecture standards, or improved solution delivery practices • Continuous learning and adaptation to new tools and platforms • Nice to have: Experience with GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and GitHub Advanced Security • Nice to have: Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code • Nice to have: Familiarity with Python or PowerShell for scripting and automation
